Tacca Black Bat Flower

Tacca Black Bat Flower (Tacca chantrieri). Ready for 4in pots. A striking tropical plant famous for its dramatic, bat-shaped dark purple to nearly black blooms with long, whisker-like bracts — the second photo shows a mature plant in bloom. Care: bright indirect light (no direct sun), keep soil consistently moist but never soggy, water when the top inch of soil feels dry, rich well-draining mix, high humidity 60% and up, temps 65-85°F. Loves warmth and humidity — protect from cold drafts.
