Seller's Choice: Plants that I have multiples of are automatically seller's choice, and I only ship the best ones.
Licensed & Certified: I'm fully licensed and certified to ship to all states.
Damage & Refunds: Please send me an unboxing video within 2 hours of your plants arriving for a guaranteed refund on damage due to my negligence. Once a package is out of my hands, I can't offer refunds or exchanges for delays, lost boxes, weather damage, the way the package is handled during transit, damage to the boxes, lost leaves, or normal transit stress. I pack with care!
Normal Transit Stress: It's normal for a leaf to possibly go bad or wilt during transit, for tips to yellow or brown, for water spots, or for the plant to arrive a little dry or wet. I suggest 2 Day Air. 🙂 They'll bounce back once watered and replanted! The roots are very healthy, and a bad or lost leaf due to transit stress is not a dead plant!
Good to Know: Beneficial bugs are used. I usually ship without the pot for the plant's safety when packing and to save on shipping cost!

Please remember that these are live plants. Minor blemishes — like a small brown tip, a bent leaf, or a tiny mark — are completely natural and part of owning a living plant. We always ship the healthiest plant s we have, but no two plants are exactly alike, and small imperfections do not mean your plant is unhealthy.
Sizing may vary slightly, as every plant is different — but we always grab the biggest and best first. Our plants get fertilizer daily and are always growing.
